Solitaire: Cards

Terms of Use

Solitaire: Cards app, formerly Spider Solitaire NG. Last updated: July 7, 2026.

By downloading or using the Solitaire: Cards app (the "app"), published by Akwa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. What you agree not to do

  • Copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Resell, rent or redistribute the app.
  • Attempt to bypass advertising, security measures or the intended operation of the game.

3. Free app, advertising and purchases

The app is free and supported by advertising. Some optional features may be offered in exchange for voluntarily watching a rewarded ad. You are never required to use them.

The app offers an optional one-time purchase, “Premium”, that removes advertising and unlocks every card theme. It is not required to play. Purchases are handled by the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. They are non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple’s refund policy, and can be restored on your devices.

4. Game Center and fair play

If you use Game Center, you agree not to falsify leaderboards or use fraudulent means. We may report to Apple any abusive behavior that affects the leaderboards.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its code, graphics, cards and sounds are owned by Akwa or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or available without interruption.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Akwa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on services from Google (AdMob) and Apple (App Store, Game Center), which are subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
