Mindria

Privacy Policy

Mindria, a puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android. Last updated: October 13, 2026.

This policy explains how the Mindria app (the "app") handles information. The app is published by SEVNTEC SARL, France, under the Akwa brand ("we"), which is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

1. In short

  • No account, no sign-up and no email address. Ads appear only in short videos you choose to watch.
  • Your progress, coins and settings stay on your device.
  • Crash reports help us fix bugs. You can turn them off in the app's settings.
  • Play statistics are sent only if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
  • We never sell data. Your advertising identifier is used only for the optional videos, and only if you allow it (section 5).

2. On your device

Your progress, stars, coins, boosters in reserve, purchases and settings are saved in the app's storage on your device. We do not receive them. On iPhone and iPad they are included in your device backups like other app data. They are erased when you delete the app. There is no account and no cloud save.

3. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

When the app crashes, or meets a serious error it recovers from (for example a save it cannot read), it sends a technical report to Google Firebase Crashlytics: the trace of the error, the app version, the device model, the system version, free memory and storage, the level being played, and a random identifier created for this installation. To count sessions without a crash, it also sends a short record when the app starts, with the same technical details. Your IP address is used to transmit this data. It contains no name, no email address and no advertising identifier.

Purpose and legal basis: keeping the app working, which is our legitimate interest. Crash reports are on by default. You can turn them off at any time with the "Crash reports" switch in the app's settings; reports not yet sent are then deleted.

4. Play statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Once you have won your first level, the app asks whether you want to share play statistics. Nothing is sent before you answer, and nothing at all if you decline.

If you accept, the app sends Google Analytics for Firebase how the game is played: levels started, won, failed or left, time, moves and stars, boosters used, coins running short, in-app purchases and the Daily Challenge, with technical information (device model, system version, app version, language, and the country or region deduced from your IP address) and a random identifier created for this installation. The advertising identifier is never collected, and this data is not used for advertising.

Purpose and legal basis: balancing the difficulty of the levels and improving the game, based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the "Play statistics" switch in the app's settings; the installation's identifier and the statistics not yet sent are then erased.

5. Optional videos (Google AdMob)

In some places the app offers a short video in exchange for coins, thirty more seconds or a booster. Watching is always your choice: the app shows no other advertising, no banners and no ads between levels, and the ads shown are limited to content suitable for all ages. The videos are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which is responsible for the data it processes to serve them.

The first time you tap a video, the app asks for your choices: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland through Google's consent form, then, on iPhone and iPad, through Apple's tracking prompt. If you accept, Google may use your device's advertising identifier and cookies or similar technologies to show ads that suit you better and to measure them. If you decline, you can still watch videos: the ads are then not personalised, but Google still processes technical data, such as your IP address, device model and system version, to deliver the ad, limit how often it appears and prevent fraud.

Purpose and legal basis: offering optional videos that help fund the game; personalised ads and the advertising identifier are used only with your consent. You can change your choices at any time under "Ad privacy choices" in the app's settings, where Google's form applies, and the tracking permission in your device's settings (on iPhone and iPad: Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking). How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

6. Purchases

Coin packs are sold through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and through Google Play on Android. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies: we receive no payment card details and no information about your Apple or Google account. The app keeps the identifier of each transaction on your device so that a purchase is delivered once, and it is told of refunds by the store to take back the coins they covered.

7. Who receives the data

Crash reports and play statistics are processed on our behalf by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), our processor under the Firebase data processing terms. For the optional videos, Google AdMob processes data as a controller in its own right (section 5). Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) distribute the app and handle purchases. We do not sell or rent any data, and apart from Google AdMob for the optional videos we share nothing with advertisers or data brokers.

8. Transfers outside the European Union

Google may process this data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, on the standard contractual clauses included in Google's terms.

9. How long data is kept

  • On your device: as long as the app is installed.
  • Crash reports: 90 days.
  • Play statistics: 14 months at most.
  • Data used for the optional videos: kept by Google under its own policies (policies.google.com/technologies/retention).
  • Emails to support: as long as needed to answer you, and no more than three years after our last exchange.

10. Children

Mindria is a puzzle game for a general audience. It is not specifically directed at children and has no account and no chat; ads appear only in videos the player chooses to watch, limited to content suitable for all ages. Play statistics are only sent with consent. A parent who thinks their child has shared statistics can turn the switch off or write to us.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing, to restrict it, to its portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the data is tied only to a random identifier of an installation, the switches in the app's settings are the quickest way to act on it. For any request, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.

12. This website

akwa.dev uses no cookies and no audience measurement. Your choice of language is remembered in your browser's local storage. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the pages.

13. Security

Data leaves your device only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

14. Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and significant changes will be shown in the app.
